Karla’s passion for real estate began the moment she and her husband started searching for their first home 20 years ago. Her house hunting hobby quickly made her the go-to resource for family and friends. Karla decided to take the leap and become a full-time realtor when she realized this was something she was made to do!

Karla has been a resident of Solon since that first home purchase and has been a contributing member of the community. She has three school-aged children in Solon schools, from preschool to high school – Go Comets! Additionally, she has 15+ years of experience in education and has familiarized herself with the east side of Cleveland, as she worked and served students and families in the South Euclid/Lyndhurst, Mayfield, and Kenston communities. 

Karla has a tenacious work ethic and possesses both the emotional intelligence and the professional poise necessary to be a committed fiduciary for her clients. These characteristics make Karla the best partner because her motivation stems from exceeding client expectations.
